All New Ford EcoSport for the first time officially shown to the media at the ASEAN Bangkok International Motor Show 2013 (BMS), yesterday, Monday (25/3). The latest products that will add to the portfolio of Ford ASEAN will be marketed starting in 2014 with an assembly plant in Thailand.
EcoSport will go down with the 1.5-liter gasoline engine-powered 180 hp and 138Nm of torque, 6-speed transmission otomtis and 5-speed manual. This machine is the same as that carried Ford Fiesta 1.5 for sale in the Thai market. Is not certain when rival Nissan Juke mini-SUV will be introduced in Indonesia.
EcoSport units are introduced to the mass media-based ASEAN still left wheel. The second-generation EcoSport on display that belonged to the South American market, where it has been sold since the first generation in 2007.
